In-Yarn Integration
Collagen and amino-acid-based ingredients are embedded directly into nylon or viscose carriers. The permanently infused collagen fiber acts like a net for the skin, helping retain moisture and support a flexible water-retaining barrier.
Independent amino acid testing confirms the presence of hydrolyzed amino acid content within the fiber structure.
Topical Microencapsulation
Bio-based active ingredients are encapsulated in a proprietary polymer shell and applied to textiles via dipping or padding processes. Friction between the garment and the skin gradually releases these actives, allowing them to be absorbed into the upper skin layers. This system is biodegradable and wash-durable for up to 50 washes.
