Free Standard Shipping

All orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.

Orders under $150 will incur standard shipping fees calculated at checkout.
Expedited Shipping

Need it faster? We offer expedited shipping options via USPS, UPS, or FedEx for an additional fee, clearly displayed during checkout.
Shipping Origin & Service Area

We ship directly from our facility in New Hampshire.

Currently, we ship exclusively within the greater U.S. region. Stay tuned, we plan to expand soon.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy

If you’re not satisfied, you have 30 days from your order’s delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.

To begin the process, please contact us via our contact page with your order number, details, and photographs if the product has an issue.
Return Conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, with original packaging.

All original hangtags (if applicable) must remain attached.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items showing visible signs of wear, use, or damage.

Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
